1. Introduction
Welcome to Space Coast Live. We value our members, venues, and advertisers. This Refund Policy applies to all paid services provided by Space Coast Live, including but not limited to memberships, promotional advertisements, featured listings, and any other paid offerings.
This policy applies primarily to business-to-business (B2B) transactions, as most advertising and membership services are purchased for commercial use. By purchasing any paid service, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before completing any transaction.
2. General Policy
All fees paid to Space Coast Live are final and non-refundable once a service has been purchased or activated. This includes memberships, banner ads, promotional placements, or any other paid listing.
Refunds or credits will only be considered if Space Coast Live fails to deliver the purchased service as described due to technical errors or issues on our part. Any such refunds or credits are issued at our sole discretion.
3. Promotional Advertisements and Paid Services
All purchases of promotional advertisements, banner ads, featured listings, and other marketing services are non-refundable once activated. "Activated" means the service has been published, posted, or scheduled for public display. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Banner or display ads on any page of SpaceCoastLive.com
- Featured band or venue listings
- Promotional or campaign placements of any duration
- Any other paid advertising or promotional service
If a purchased advertisement cannot be displayed due to a technical error or administrative issue on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or alternate placement of equivalent value. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. No Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not available. Once any payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded or partially refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to early cancellation, dissatisfaction with services, change in business circumstances, or user error in purchasing services.
5. Membership and Service Cancellation
If a recurring membership or service is cancelled, the cancellation prevents future billing. However, it does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees. Your access to paid services will continue until the end of the current billing period for which payment has been received.
6. Service Modifications and Discontinuation
Space Coast Live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice. If a paid service is permanently discontinued before the completion of its stated term, we will offer an equivalent credit or alternate service of comparable value at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account and restriction from future use of our services. We reserve the right to pursue collection of disputed amounts if a chargeback is found to be without merit.
8. Florida Consumer Protections
Space Coast Live operates in compliance with applicable Florida consumer protection laws. While we maintain a no-refund policy for services rendered, this policy does not affect your rights under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) . If a service purchased is not provided as described, you may be entitled to a resolution under applicable state law.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
