We specialize in outdoor gigs. Beaches, Boats, Bars and Ballads. Mango Brothers Band... Have played local venues including Island Time Marina, Gators Dockside, Summer Crush Winery, Pineapple Joes, Sandbar, The Island Waterfront Bar-n-Grill, The Breezeway Grille, Nautical Spirits, Indian River Queen, Bleu Beach, Landfill Saloon and, as well as Tiki Bars from Lexington SC to Cayo Hueso. Our song list covers Jimmy Buffett, Chris Stapleton, Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Petty, Clapton, JJ Cale, Maroon 5, Sting, Van Morrison, Allman Bros,CSN, Stevy Ray, Bob Marley,Santana, Kenny Chesney, Jerry Jeff Walker, Zack Brown, Van Morrison and the Amazing Rhythm Aces. We also have several original tunes and can play most any request you can conger up. Mangos can best be described as Saltwater Troubadours... Caribbean (Coral Reefer Type) Rock, rhythm and blues and Country Music, but with a Twist of Lime. Mango's are;Jay Smith on lead guitar and vocals. Percussionist Oliver Downes keeping perfect Mango time on his chestnut acoustic drum set and congas while adding vocals that would make Otis proud. Tommy Coyle, our choreographer, who leads the vocals and keeps the rhythms going with his Taylor Acoustic/Electric Guitar. And finally, Eddie Coyle, short stories and long laughs. He plays rhythms and riffs on his Taylor six string, and he sings under many hats while steering the Rhumb Line on electric bass.
